兰州小学几年级学英语
兰州的小学一般三年级开始学英语。
2001年1月18日，教育部印发《关于积极推进小学开设英语(课程)课程的指导意见》。决定从2001年秋季开始，全国城市和县城小学逐步开设英语课程；2002年秋季，乡镇所在地小学逐步开设英语课程。小学开设英语课程的起始年级一般为三年级。
